I should be studying! :s

I should be doing exactly what the title says! Study! :s

But instead, what have I been doing? I've been reading blogs AND going through old photos! Hahhaaha...

My gosh.. looking at all the photos made me realise how fast time flies! My three years in this beautiful city is soon coming to an end! How I dread it! Whilst looking at the photos, I thought of the times we all met, the times we bonded, the times we argued, the laughter, the joy, the tears.. gosh, how I'm going to miss waking up and picking up the phone and knowing that you're all here... how I can knock on the doors next to my room when I need to rant and de-stress! Some of us have grown closer, some more distant.. some I dont even see you at all.. but deep down, I know we are all friends.. for better for worse, we still care for one another, and thats exactly what friendships are all about, no? :D

Of birthdays and Urban Life.. :)

March has come and gone with heaps of birthdays, gatherings and much love.. :)

We had a combined birthday celebrations for all those born in March in the group, namely, My dear housemate, Vocan; the citizen,Keith; the temporary resident, Abhishek; and the Clayton boys, Jin and Josh. We had it at MyCube on Lygon street. Was pretty fun, but I reckon the group was a tad bit too big. hehehe..

Then, there was Vocan's birthday at home, Keith's at Crown and Abhishek's at Seven. :)

Plusss.. there was Urban Life at my place last night.

Long awaited update!!! :D

Sooorrryyyyyyy people for not updating for sooooooo long now! :s

I know.. I know.. It's been a tad bit tooo long, aye? hahaha.. many months have come and past! We have entered a whole new year and summer's gone!!!! Uni's just starting to get busy right now.. friends are all back here at Melbourne which is fantastic! :D

To be very honest, I sort of gave up on this blog last year. Hahaha.. I didn't see much point of blogging anymore. Maybe life just got a bit too boring altogether. :P

Many of you may wonder, why am I blogging again?
Well, the answer, because blogging is my method of sharing with all of you. And today, I have something to share. :)

Often, I ponder, what makes one a friend to the next person?
The dictionary definition of the word, friend says this:

friend |frend|
noun
a person whom one knows and with whom one has a bond of mutual affection, typically exclusive of sexual or family relations.

My definition:

friend = a person who cares for you regardless of any situation, one who is there for you in good times and bad. One who shares with you your joy and your sorrows, one who supports and encourages you every inch of the way.

I thought about this today because of a friend. I don't really know this friend very well. But through my hardships last year, this friend has always been there to encourage. I never gave it a second thought all these while, but bumping into him made me realise how blessed I am to have so many that sincerely care about me.

Friend, you do not know how much it meant to me just now, when you told me you knew I could do it. Especially when you said to me, " I am so proud of you". :) Well, dear friend, I am very proud of you too! You have gone very far, and I know and I believe that you too will reach for the stars and achieve your goals for as long as you believe in yourself! :) Thank you, dear friend!

To all my friends, wherever you are, especially the ones who are here with me in Melbourne (you know who you are), thank you so much for everything you have done for me! Thank you for all the memories we share, be it the good ones, or the bad ones! :P We have all partially changed for the better due to the influence of one another. My heart aches at the thought that we are all graduating so soon! Three years are coming to an end so quickly! How I wish I had a remote control like in the movie, Click that allows me to pause time or rewind time to the beggining of the three years all over again! I know that God put each and everyone of you into my life for a reason. And I thank Him and praise Him everyday for each of your presence! You all mean a lot to me! Thank you for everything! :)

Last night was fun! :D

What did I do? You may ask.. ehehehehe.. last night I attended a gathering/party at a friend's place.. Must say it was fantastic seeing almost everyone.. :) It's been wayyyy too long..

Remember those days when we would see each other everyday WITHOUT fail? and now, we see each other once in a few months or when it's one of our birthdays.. I just want you guys to know that you guys are the BEST! Thanks for making life in Melbourne such a joy! :)
